As described in the articles at the links below, there are a few ways for you to view a PDF document on your iPad or iPhone:

A number of our apps provide the function to export the job data in PDF format as well as the ability to send the PDF files out via emails. When you tap on a PDF file attached to an email, the contents of the PDF file will be displayed.

Some of our apps also provide the View (on iPhone) or View File (on iPad) option under Export PDF. This is to let you view an existing PDF file to determine whether you would like to overwrite it with newer data. This functionality can also be used for viewing any other PDF documents that you have placed in the Documents folder of the app. If you have a document or cheat sheet that you will need to refer to while working in the field, you could transfer a copy of the file to the Documents folder of the app by using the Apple iTunes® program.
